What is kanban core surface?

A set of development rules for changing the Kanban Lite SDK and its API, command-line interface, or MCP tools. It defines the order of implementation, keeps user-facing behavior aligned, and treats source documentation as authoritative.

Use it when adding or changing Kanban Lite features, routes, CLI commands, MCP tools, JSDoc, README content, or changelog entries.

It reduces differences between the SDK, API, CLI, and MCP tools. It also prevents generated documentation from becoming outdated and keeps release notes and user guidance in sync.
