Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01294 | $0.01294 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00647 | $0.00647 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00259 | $0.00259 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00129 | $0.00129 |
Grade A, and why
vibedungeon-voice CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 57 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.
Repository context
This is a personal fork of the official ElevenLabs MCP server, intended to be heavily modified to support vibedungeon, a TTRPG + LLM game. The vibedungeon codebase lives at ~/code/vibedungeon — consult it when designing tools, voice/agent flows, or audio pipelines that must integrate with the game.
Because this is a fork, do not assume upstream conventions are sacred. Prefer changes that serve vibedungeon's needs over preserving the upstream public surface. When upstream and vibedungeon needs conflict, vibedungeon wins; note removed/renamed tools in the commit message.
Commands
Setup, dev, test, and build are wrapped in scripts/:
./scripts/setup.sh— create.venv,uv pip install -e ".[dev]", install pre-commit hooks../scripts/dev.sh— run the server in MCP Inspector dev mode viauv run fastmcp dev elevenlabs_mcp/server.py. Use this for live tool iteration../scripts/test.sh [--no-coverage] [--verbose|-v] [--fail-fast|-f]— pytest with coverage by default. Run a single test withuv run pytest tests/test_utils.py::test_name -v../scripts/build.sh— cleandist//build/anduv builda wheel/sdist.- Lint:
uv run ruff check .anduv run ruff format .(also enforced by pre-commit). - Entry point:
elevenlabs-mcpconsole script →elevenlabs_mcp.server:main. Module form:python -m elevenlabs_mcpgenerates an MCP client config (used to register the server with Claude Desktop, etc.).
Python ≥ 3.11. The project uses uv for dependency management — prefer uv run … over manually activating .venv.
Required environment
ELEVENLABS_API_KEY is required at server import time — server.py raises on import if it's unset, so even tests that import the server module need it. Use .env (loaded via python-dotenv).
Other env vars that change behavior:
ELEVENLABS_MCP_BASE_PATH— base for relative output paths (default~/Desktop).ELEVENLABS_MCP_OUTPUT_MODE— one offiles|resources|both. Validated at import.ELEVENLABS_API_RESIDENCY— region tag (us,eu,in, etc.); resolved byparse_locationinutils.pyinto a base URL on the ElevenLabs client.ELEVENLABS_DEFAULT_VOICE_ID— fallback voice for TTS tools.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
