Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.03338 | $0.03338 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01669 | $0.01669 |

Grade A, and why
Khala-Agentic-AI-Teams CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 123 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Project Overview
Khala is a multi-agent orchestration platform that simulates autonomous software development teams and specialized business functions. It mounts 23 enabled agent "teams" (software engineering, blogging, personal assistant, market research, SOC2 compliance, social marketing, branding, agent provisioning, accessibility audit, AI systems, investment, planning, coding team, sales, road trip planning, agentic team provisioning, startup advisor, user agent founder, deepthought, job matching, user profile, product delivery, agent studio) under a single Unified FastAPI app, with an Angular 19 frontend. The authoritative team list is TEAM_CONFIGS in backend/unified_api/config.py.
Repository Structure
One directory per agent team under backend/agents/, with platform infra as a
sibling package under backend/shared/. Load-bearing entries:
backend/
shared/ # Platform infra (postgres, temporal, agent_invoke, …) →
# import shared.<name> (see Architecture below)
agents/
software_engineering_team/ # Primary team — full dev pipeline; contains the codegen_team
# (config-driven backend/frontend code generation), devops,
# coding-team execution engine (Tech Lead + Task Graph, routed
# at /api/coding-team), integration, and QA sub-teams
planning_team/ # Client-facing discovery/PRD team (/api/planning)
product_delivery/ # Persistent Product Delivery Loop (/api/product-delivery)
llm_service/ # Centralized LLM client (Ollama, Claude, RunPod)
agent_platform/ # In-process platform: registry, console, sandbox, Studio authoring
agent_cognition/ # Memory, rules, and tools substrate for generated agents
agent_team_studio/ # Infra + domain apps: provisioning, agentic compose, personas
artifact_registry/ # Shared artifact persistence
event_bus/ # Cross-team event publishing
api/ # Legacy blog API surface (see blogging/ for current pipeline)
unified_api/ # Single-entry-point FastAPI server; config.py = TEAM_CONFIGS +
# security gateway + Temporal settings
run_unified_api.py # CLI launcher
Makefile # Primary build/run targets
docker/ # Full-stack compose: Postgres, Temporal, Ollama, Agents, UI
user-interface/ # Angular 19 frontend (src/app: components/, models/, services/)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
