DAP Bellwether
A public, read-only MCP connector serving regulatory publications from
financial regulators in Canada, the US, the UK and the EU. Free for people,
agents pay per call (positioning set by Brendan, 1 November 2026). A cron job ingests
feeds into Cloudflare D1 and the MCP tools read from D1. Read README.md for
what it does.

Deployed by Claude Code on Brendan's Mac at his go: Bazaar examples built from the live feeds of 9 of 9 sources, 173 tests pass, version 7fa9a540-dc91-4172-97a8-44b69d01b2b1 (rollback 25a14964-8423-4fc4-b34c-8dd1df3b00fb); /api/search, /api/recent and /api/change answer 402 for 10000 on eip155:8453 with a Bazaar listing. The DAP Agent Payments library updated to dap-foundry 3265ee8 (gate.ts and mcp.ts only, hashes in src/x402/VENDORED.md). Every tool description opens with Use when, then the job, then the price, under 300 characters (src/descriptions.js). A Bazaar listing on every price: /api/search, /api/recent, /api/change and the three metered MCP tools carry an example call, the input schema field by field and an example answer (src/bazaar-examples.json, written by npm run build:bazaar; the committed copy is built from the test regulator, --feeds builds it from the regulators). One Workers Analytics Engine data point per answered call (binding AGENT_CALLS, dataset dap_agent_calls, src/agent-events.js), and the privacy statement says so. 173 tests; mutants B1 to B20 all Deny (scripts/mutants/REPORT.md).
