Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.02692 $0.02692
Opus 5 $0.01346 $0.01346
Sonnet 5 $0.00538 $0.00538
Haiku 4.5 $0.00269 $0.00269

Security

Grade A, and why

claude-for-hk-law CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Guidance for working on this repo. claude-for-hk-law is a Claude Code plugin marketplace — twelve core practice-area plugins, one vendor plugin, five managed-agent cookbooks, and eight Hong Kong-native plugins. Most work here is editing prompt content (skills, agents, hooks), plugin metadata, or cookbook config — not application code.

This repository adapts Claude plugins for Hong Kong legal practice. Key systemic facts:

  • Legal system: Hong Kong operates a common law system under the principle of "one country, two systems." The Basic Law is the constitutional document. The Court of Final Appeal (HKCFA) is the highest appellate court, followed by the High Court (Court of Appeal and Court of First Instance), the District Court, and the Magistrates' Courts.
  • Statute law: Ordinances enacted by the Legislative Council, cited by chapter number (e.g. Cap 622 for the Companies Ordinance). The authoritative source is the Hong Kong e-Legislation database (elegislation.gov.hk).
  • Case law: HK follows stare decisis. Pre-1997 English common law applies under Article 8 of the Basic Law insofar as it is not inconsistent with Hong Kong legislation. HK cases are cited with neutral citations (e.g. Re ABC [2024] HKCFA 1) or with HKEC or HKCU references.
  • Legal reasoning: The standard methodology is IRAC (Issue-Rule- Application-Conclusion), not Gutachtenstil. Skills and agents should generate analysis in IRAC structure.
  • Professional regulation: The Law Society of Hong Kong administers the Hong Kong Solicitors' Guide to Professional Conduct. Barristers are regulated by the Hong Kong Bar Association. The Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap 159) governs admission and practice.
  • Language: English is an official language of Hong Kong and the primary language of superior court proceedings. All plugin output is in English.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
