veille-techno: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

veille-techno CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from camilleroux/veille-techno. It costs 331 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of Claude Code instructions for a French-language technology-news digest. It describes a script that reads RSS feeds, which are website-provided article lists, and prepares recent articles for formatting.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it with the veille-techno project to test or run its feed-fetching script and produce a recent-news recap.
Why use it?
It gives Claude Code a defined way to collect, filter, remove duplicates from, and present articles from French technology sources. The input is too specific to say more about how it fits other projects.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00331 $0.00331
Opus 5 $0.00166 $0.00166
Sonnet 5 $0.00066 $0.00066
Haiku 4.5 $0.00033 $0.00033

Measured 8d ago against content hash e71c8229fc68, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

veille-techno CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

veille-techno

Skill Claude Code qui agrege les flux RSS de sources tech francophones et produit un recap des articles recents.

Architecture

skills/veille/
  SKILL.md # Instructions pour Claude (invoque fetch_feeds.py)
sources.yml # Configuration des sources RSS (YAML simplifie)
fetch_feeds.py # Script Python : fetch parallele + parse XML + filtre date + dedup

Comment ca marche

  1. L'utilisateur tape /veille [N] (N = nombre de jours, defaut 7)
  2. Claude lit SKILL.md et execute python3 fetch_feeds.py N

Tester localement

# Tester le script directement
python3 skills/veille/fetch_feeds.py 7

# Installer et tester le skill
cp skills/veille/* ~/.claude/skills/veille/
# Puis /veille dans Claude Code

Points importants

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
