Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00555 | $0.00555 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00222 | $0.00222 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00111 | $0.00111 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00056 | $0.00056 |
Grade A, and why
agent-harness-plugins shared-references.instructions.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Shared References
For repo-wide conventions, see copilot-instructions.md and AGENTS.md at the repository root. The mechanism is described in the "Shared references" section of docs/plugin-development.md.
- Copies are generated:
plugins/suggest-next-issue/skills/suggest-next-issue/references/progress-model.mdis a byte-identical copy ofpublish-report-board'sreferences/progress-model.md, and thetrim-commentsandtrim-textcopies ofreferences/codex-exec.mdare byte-identical copies ofreview-anti-patterns's, all written bybin/build-shared-references. Review the source, not the copy, and do not flag the duplication; rule 22 ofbin/validate-pluginsfails when they differ. - The progress model serves two skills: A rule in the progress model applies to both report boards and
suggest-next-issue. Flag wording that only one consumer can follow, such as a board-only scheduling rule, which belongs in a board-type reference instead. The data shapes the boards carry are part of the model. - The progress model's rules also live in code:
plugins/publish-report-board/scripts/progress.jqapplies the model for both gather scripts. A rule changed in one of the model and that file needs the same change in the other, and a case intests/scrut/progress-model.md. - Two version bumps for the progress model: A changed progress model also changes
suggest-next-issue, so both plugins need a forward version bump. - The
codex execreference serves three skills:review-anti-patterns,trim-commentsandtrim-texteach name their own model, effort, window, prompt additions and fallback in theirSKILL.md. Flag a rule in the shared file that only one of them can follow, and a settings value written into it. A changed source needs a forward version bump in all three plugins.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
