This fork: esri_uc

This fork deploys the esri_uc plugin — the Esri UC 2026 conference catalog. Unlike every other plugin, it serves a STATIC SNAPSHOT bundled in the Lambda package (data/sessions.json, data/exhibitors.json, data/rooms.json, produced by scripts/snapshot.py) and makes zero upstream calls at runtime. capture/raw_curl.txt documents the captured RainFocus request; capture/event_map_services.txt documents the event-map ArcGIS service behind where_is_room. deploy.sh copies data/ into the package. The terraform workspace is esri-uc-prod in the shared fleet state bucket — NEVER deploy into a sibling fork's workspace (it would destroy that fork's stack).
