Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00453 | $0.00453 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00181 | $0.00181 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00091 | $0.00091 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00045 | $0.00045 |
Grade A, and why
python-project-workflow-skill AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 42 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Repository agent guidance
skills/python-project-workflow/ is the only runtime payload. Keep agent- and
maintainer-specific procedures in this repository infrastructure, not in the
shipped skill, unless they are portable across supported clients.
Read first
Before changing this repository, read this file, then the root README.md,
CONTRIBUTING.md, and SECURITY.md. Read the relevant workflow, script, or
canonical file under references/ before editing it; do not rely on a past
session summary when the repository or GitHub settings can provide the fact.
Decisions
Before researching a setup, pinning, policy, or other durable maintainer
concern, consult docs/decisions.md, then search docs/evidence-urls.json by
domain_tag, then read docs/research/index.md. Reuse a current, applicable
finding; otherwise research official guidance first, append a dated finding,
then record the resulting durable decision. Each decision has a stable D# ID,
links to registered sources and a recheck trigger, and is enabled by an R-###
finding. scripts/validate.py rejects incomplete, unregistered, duplicated, or
unlinked records.
CI and Git policy
GitHub repository settings are the operational source of truth for branch protection, required checks, collaborator access, and security features. Before changing CI, hooks, release automation, or their documentation, inspect the live settings and keep the documentation aligned with them.
A previous audit found documentation claiming stale-review dismissal was enabled when the live protection rule had it disabled. Do not copy policy values from older docs or session summaries. For the current solo-maintainer model, zero required approvals is intentional; if review requirements are introduced, set the matching live protection options and document them in the same change.
Use SSH for maintainer Git transport when it is configured. Do not add an SSH
private key to Actions for this public repository. GitHub Actions uses its
ephemeral github.token only where GitHub API access is required, with the
smallest job-level permissions; never add a personal access token to CI.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

python-project-workflow-skill AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository CodeSigils/python-project-workflow-skill (1 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 453 tokens to every session, about $0.0018 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-15.
