Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.00443 | $0.00443 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00221 | $0.00221 |

Grade A, and why
dotfiles AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Project notes for agents
Read this file before doing any work in this repo.
Before anything else, read and follow the global agent instructions in home/AGENTS.md (also available live as ~/.cursor/AGENTS.md). That file is the shared policy installed for Claude, Codex, Cursor, opencode, and Grok via home.nix. Cursor also loads it globally through the global-agents local plugin.
Deliberate decisions
Do not silently revert these:
homebrew.onActivation.cleanup = "zap"inconfiguration.nixis intentional. It forces the good habit of declaring every Homebrew package in the Nix config instead of installing things ad-hoc, which keeps the machine reproducible. Do not soften it touninstallornone. Users are warned about its effect in README.md; this note is for anyone tempted to change the setting itself.homebrew.onActivation.upgrade = trueandgreedyCasks = trueare intentional so./rebuild.shupgrades Claude Code, Codex, and other declared Homebrew packages. Do not turn upgrade back off;autoUpdatealone only refreshes formulae metadata../rebuild.shmust not runnix flake update. Rebuild applies the pinnedflake.lockand should leave a clean git worktree. Bump inputs with a deliberatenix flake update+ commit, not as a side effect of every rebuild.- Never commit
.no-mistakes/validation evidence to this public repo..no-mistakes/is gitignored; if a validation pipeline stages evidence into a branch, drop it before merging.
Maintaining this file
Keep this file for knowledge useful to almost every future agent session in this project.
Do not repeat what the codebase already shows; point to the authoritative file or command instead.
Prefer rewriting or pruning existing entries over appending new ones.
Keep global agent policy in home/AGENTS.md only - do not duplicate it here.
When updating this file, preserve this bar for all agents and keep entries concise.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

dotfiles AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository ctt062/dotfiles (2 stars, last pushed 21d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 443 tokens to every session, about $0.0022 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
