Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01686 | $0.01686 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00843 | $0.00843 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00337 | $0.00337 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00169 | $0.00169 |
Grade A, and why
mcp-server-delphi CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 98 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Project Overview
MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server for DMVCFramework, using the idiomatic PublishObject JSON-RPC pattern. Allows DMVCFramework applications to expose MCP tools, resources, and prompts via the /mcp endpoint.
- Language: Object Pascal (Delphi 11+)
- Protocol: MCP version 2025-03-26
- License: Apache 2.0
Build
# Compile the sample application (requires Delphi compiler)
dcc32.exe sample/MCPServerSample.dpr -Esample/bin
# Compile the test server
dcc32.exe tests/testproject/MCPServerUnitTest.dpr -Etests/testproject/bin
The project files can also be opened and built directly in the Delphi IDE.
Architecture
Core Library (Sources/)
The library follows an attribute-driven, RTTI-based discovery pattern with DMVCFramework's PublishObject for JSON-RPC dispatch:
- MVCFramework.MCP.Server.pas — Contains
TMCPServer(shared registry, created once at startup, scans providers via RTTI) andTMCPEndpoint(published object, created per request viaPublishObjectfactory). MCP method names with/are stripped inOnBeforeRoutingHook(e.g.tools/list→ToolsList). - MVCFramework.MCP.Attributes.pas — Custom attributes:
MCPToolAttributeandMCPParamAttribute(placed on parameters) for tools,MCPResourceAttribute,MCPPromptAttribute,MCPPromptArgAttribute. Parameter presence is expressed viaTMCPParamPresence = (Required, Optional)(scoped enum,{$SCOPEDENUMS ON}) — the second argument of[MCPParam]and[MCPPromptArg], defaulting toRequiredandOptionalrespectively. - MVCFramework.MCP.Session.pas — Thread-safe in-memory session manager with 30-minute timeout using
TCriticalSection. - MVCFramework.MCP.ToolProvider.pas / MVCFramework.MCP.ResourceProvider.pas / MVCFramework.MCP.PromptProvider.pas — Base classes and result record types. Result types use factory methods (
TMCPToolResult.Text(),.Error(),.JSON(),.Image()). - MVCFramework.MCP.Types.pas — Protocol constants and capability records.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

mcp-server-delphi CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository danieleteti/mcp-server-delphi (27 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 1,686 tokens to every session, about $0.0084 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
