clade: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

clade CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from daniil-lyalko/clade. It costs 1,106 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A command-line tool for organizing AI coding sessions with separate Git worktrees and non-Git scratch folders. A Git worktree is an extra working folder connected to the same repository, so branches can be used side by side.

In plain words
What is it for?
Create and list worktrees for features, bug fixes, or throwaway experiments, and create scratch folders for ticket investigations or document analysis.
Why use it?
It keeps separate coding tasks from interfering with each other and provides named places for temporary investigations or document reviews.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01106 $0.01106
Opus 5 $0.00553 $0.00553
Sonnet 5 $0.00221 $0.00221
Haiku 4.5 $0.00111 $0.00111

Measured 7d ago against content hash 666c8f22c791, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

clade CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

CLAUDE.md - Clade: Claude Code Workflow CLI

Clade is a Go CLI that manages git worktrees and context for AI coding sessions. Named after biological clades (branching groups sharing common ancestry) - perfect metaphor for worktree branches.

Core insight: Claude Code already has hooks, sessions, MCP. Clade doesn't replace these - it orchestrates worktrees and context so Claude's built-in features work better.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
