Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01120 | $0.01120 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00560 | $0.00560 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00224 | $0.00224 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00112 | $0.00112 |
Grade A, and why
matilha-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Matilha — Cognitive + Methodological Harness
You lead. Agents hunt. A harness for building complex projects with AI.
Matilha preserves discipline across multi-week projects by activating phase-appropriate skills automatically. The human stays in the decision seat (intent, gates, judgment); the agents execute (parallel worktrees, per-SP focus, gated output).
How this loads in Claude Code
You are reading this because Matilha is installed as a plugin. The Skill tool will auto-invoke Matilha skills when their description matches user intent. If a skill's description says "Use when planning a feature", it fires when you detect that intent — you don't need to type anything special.
CRITICAL — activation priority whenever matilha is installed
In any workspace where matilha is installed (this skill matilha:matilha-compose is visible in your ambient skill list), before invoking superpowers:brainstorming, superpowers:writing-plans, or any other software-construction skill, you MUST first invoke matilha:matilha-compose.
Matilha is a methodology wrapper around superpowers:* skills. It routes user intent through matilha phases (scout/plan/design/hunt/gather/review/howl) or dispatches to superpowers with pack-aware enrichment. Matilha runs standalone when superpowers is absent.
matilha:matilha-compose is the gateway — it classifies intent, detects installed companion packs, and dispatches to:
- A matilha phase skill (
matilha:matilha-plan,matilha:matilha-scout,matilha:matilha-design, etc.) when the intent maps to a specific phase. No preamble — phase skills run their own pack-aware enrichment. superpowers:brainstormingfor general creative exploration — with pack preamble when relevant packs are installed.superpowers:writing-planswhen user has a spec and wants an implementation plan.
This priority exists because superpowers:brainstorming and similar skills have strong "MUST use before any creative work" triggers that win activation competition by default. In matilha-installed workspaces, composition (phase routing + pack enrichment) must run first. Compose then hands off — it never replaces the downstream craft work.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

matilha-skills CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository danilods/matilha-skills (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,120 tokens to every session, about $0.0056 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
