What is aitraffic CLAUDE.md?

A set of project instructions for Claude Code, an AI coding assistant, in the aitraffic project. It points the assistant to the project's engineering rules, commands, evidence requirements, and known limitations.

Running the project's build and checks, using its command-line tools, examining evidence and logs, starting its MCP server, and preparing reviewable changes.
