ai-agent-skills CLAUDE.md

ai-agent-skills CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from DevelopersGlobal/ai-agent-skills. It costs 259 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Instructions for creating and applying AI-agent skills in a repository. A skill is a reusable set of rules and workflows that guides an agent through a type of task.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when adding, validating, listing, or applying repository skills through commands such as /skill-add, /skill-validate, and /skill-apply.
Why use it?
It gives agents a consistent process for reading instructions, checking assumptions, verifying results, and avoiding changes outside the requested scope.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00259 $0.00259
Opus 5 $0.00130 $0.00130
Sonnet 5 $0.00052 $0.00052
Haiku 4.5 $0.00026 $0.00026

Measured 6d ago against content hash ad641d4a077a, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-06, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

ai-agent-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Claude Code Instructions for AI Agent Skills

When working with skills in this repository:

  1. Read the SKILL.md fully before applying any skill
  2. Follow process steps in order — do not skip or reorder
  3. Complete verification gates at each step before proceeding
  4. Surface assumptions — state what you're assuming before coding
  5. Don't overcomplicate — minimum code that satisfies the spec

Available Slash Commands

  • /skill-add — Scaffold a new skill from the template
  • /skill-validate — Validate a skill file has all required sections
  • /skill-apply <name> — Apply a specific skill to the current task
  • /skill-list — List all available skills

Skill Application Protocol

When a skill applies to your current task:

  1. State which skill you're applying and why
  2. Follow the Process steps exactly
  3. Complete each verification check before moving on
  4. Report evidence at the end (test output, build logs, etc.)

Anti-Patterns to Avoid

  • Skipping the "Think Before Coding" phase
  • Writing tests after the fact instead of alongside
  • Making changes beyond the scope of the current task
  • Merging without verification evidence
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
