What is burnbar CLAUDE.md?

A set of Claude Code instructions for developing the burnbar project, including development notes, release steps, hook output, known limitations, and plugin and cache guidance.

Use it when working on burnbar with Claude Code, especially for development, releases, hooks, plugins, and cache-related decisions.

It gives the coding agent project-specific rules and background that are not part of the source code itself.
