Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00502 $0.00502
Opus 5 $0.00251 $0.00251
Sonnet 5 $0.00100 $0.00100
Haiku 4.5 $0.00050 $0.00050

Security

Grade A, and why

Huntable-CTI-Studio CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Authoritative Instructions

The authoritative repository contract is in AGENTS.md.

Read in this order before making changes:

  1. AGENTS.md
  2. README.md
  3. docs/index.md
  4. docs/development/agent-orientation.md
  5. The code and docs directly tied to the change

Change Discipline

  • Never revert or modify unrelated user changes without explicit permission. If you notice an unrelated change, ask before touching it.
  • When the user asks a clarifying question (e.g., about base branch, scope), answer it directly before continuing your own line of questioning.

Important Reminders

  • Use run_tests.py as the canonical test entrypoint.
  • Treat src/config/workflow_config_schema.py and src/database/models.py as contract sources of truth.
  • For UI-visible changes, browser-level verification is required.
  • Prefer runtime code and executable tests over stale inventories or broad summary docs.
  • Follow AGENTS.md section "Prompt-Injection Alerting" for expected application prompts; do not duplicate or weaken that policy here.
  • When committing, if pre-commit hooks modify files, re-stage the modified files and retry the commit. Loop up to 3 times. If still failing after 3, show me the diff and the hook errors before stopping.

Test Execution

  • Run actual unit/integration tests relevant to the changed code, not just the default smoke tests, unless explicitly told otherwise.
  • Never pipe test output through | tail or similar buffering filters — it hides progress and causes long waits. Use direct output or write to a log file.

Todoist Task Workflow

When completing tasks from a Todoist queue: (1) implement the work, (2) commit changes, (3) ALWAYS close the Todoist task/subtask before reporting completion, (4) report remaining queue status. Never claim a queue is cleared without verifying tasks are actually closed.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
