Project Overview
What This Project Is
This is NOT a static template copier. This is an intelligent AgentOps framework generator that analyzes target repositories and generates customized Copilot/AgentOps frameworks tailored to each repository's specific needs.
The custom_github_copilot_agent_builder is designed to be a repository-specific Copilot/AgentOps framework generator. Instead of blindly copying static templates, it:
- Analyzes target repositories deterministically
- Decides what the repository needs using agentic planning
- Generates appropriate files (Markdown/YAML) with managed-block markers
- Opens pull requests with the generated framework
- Maintains frameworks through idempotent regeneration
