Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00352 $0.00352
Opus 5 $0.00176 $0.00176
Sonnet 5 $0.00070 $0.00070
Haiku 4.5 $0.00035 $0.00035

Measured 6d ago against content hash ef68f8125605, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-06, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

codex-skills-alternative AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

AGENTS.md

This repository is a library of vendor-neutral Agent Skills (SKILL.md) that reimplement the Codex Creative Production and Product Design plugin workflows. It is auto-loaded as agent context by Codex, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.

What lives here

  • skills/creative-* — 8 image/creative-production skills + creative-production orchestrator
  • skills/design-* — 9 product-design skills + product-design orchestrator
  • install.sh / uninstall.sh — copy skills into each agent's skills directory

Conventions for working in this repo

  • Skills are tool-agnostic. Never hardcode a specific model/API/tool name inside a SKILL.md. Refer to "an image-generation tool", "a browser-automation tool", "a web-fetch tool".
  • A skill name (frontmatter) MUST equal its folder name (lowercase, hyphens).
  • Keep each SKILL.md short and focused — one workflow per skill.
  • The two orchestrators route to sub-skills; they don't do the work themselves.
  • See CONTRIBUTING.md before adding or editing skills.

Using the skills (as an agent)

  • Start creative work via creative-production; start design work via product-design. They route to the correct sub-skill.
  • For Product Design, always begin with design-get-context unless ./design/context.md already exists.
  • For Creative Production, lock a visual direction (creative-explore) before generating final assets.
  • Confirm with the user before any external deploy/tunnel (sends code off-machine).
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
