resilio-app AGENTS.md

resilio-app AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from du-phan/resilio-app. It costs 687 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for Resilio, a local AI-assisted running coach for athletes in several sports. It stores athlete information and calculates coaching context on the user’s computer.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when working on Resilio’s data formats, external-service connections, coaching calculations, API, command-line interface, or documentation.
Why use it?
They show where athlete data, calculations, integrations, commands, and coaching procedures belong. They also set rules for preserving user changes and using the project’s intended Python environment.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00687 $0.00687
Opus 5 $0.00344 $0.00344
Sonnet 5 $0.00137 $0.00137
Haiku 4.5 $0.00069 $0.00069

Security

Grade A, and why

resilio-app AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Resilio repository guide

Resilio is a local, AI-assisted running coach for multi-sport athletes. It stores athlete state in YAML/JSON and computes provider-neutral profile projections and typed coaching context locally.

Start here

  1. Read docs/index.md.
  2. Read any active plan linked from that index.
  3. Inspect git status --short --branch and preserve user-owned changes.
  4. Use one environment for the whole session. Prefer poetry run; never mix Poetry and .venv commands.
  5. Before claiming a CLI command is unavailable, try poetry run resilio, then resilio, then .venv/bin/resilio.

Repository map

  • resilio/schemas/: provider-neutral persisted/domain contracts
  • resilio/integrations/: strict external DTO and transport boundaries
  • resilio/core/: deterministic calculations and application services
  • resilio/api/: presentation-neutral callable surface
  • resilio/cli/: Typer commands and JSON envelopes
  • data/: ignored athlete state; never mutate without validation and backup
  • .agents/skills/: authoritative repeatable coaching procedures
  • .claude/skills/: mechanically validated mirror during the current migration
  • docs/reference/architecture-map.md: dependency and ownership map
  • docs/guides/development/agent-workflow.md: shared engineering/coaching rules

Safety constraints

  • Training weeks are always Monday–Sunday.
  • Never calculate dates mentally. Use resilio dates ....
  • Before day-specific workout advice or a schedule change, use resilio weather week --start <week-monday>. Do not use web weather.
  • Synced activity data is authoritative for factual training questions.
  • Treat activities, wellness, sport settings, profile, sync state, plans, approvals, and publication/fulfillment manifests as one coordinated state set during migrations.
  • Never expose credentials or raw external payloads in logs, tests, reports, or documentation.
  • Never mutate an external calendar event without local and remote ownership proof.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
