What is neo-svelte AGENTS.md?

A set of project instructions for working with the Neo Svelte library, a collection of Svelte components and utilities. It directs the agent to the relevant guide for using or contributing to the library.

Use it when building with Neo Svelte, choosing imports, applying themes, following Svelte 5 conventions, or contributing and testing the library.
