Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01141 | $0.01141 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00571 | $0.00571 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00228 | $0.00228 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00114 | $0.00114 |
Grade A, and why
skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 100 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
skills — repo conventions
The personal library contains nine skills (autoconsultant, automake, consultant,
copywriting, demo, html, midwit, skill-issue, voice-mode),
built on skill-creator (process authority: evals, baselines, viewer review,
iteration, description optimization) and skill-issue (form authority: skills
as SOPs—five types, nine sections, an admission gate, the bitter-lesson
litmus, and vendor ceilings). The original eight
were rebuilt in ~/dev/skills-new and ported here wholesale.
Layout
skills/<name>/— shipping surface. Everything committed here reaches installers verbatim (npx skills addhas no.skillignore). Nothing goes in a skill dir except what installers should receive.evals/<name>/— committed eval sources for that skill: prompts (evals.json), assertions, fixtures (fixtures/).evals/<name>/runs/andskills/*-workspace/— generated evidence (run output, transcripts, benchmarks, viewer HTML). Gitignored, never committed.
Process
- Skills are built with the vanilla skill-creator loop: with-skill vs no-skill
baseline runs, graded assertions, eval viewer review, iterate until the
client is happy / feedback is empty / progress stalls; then description
optimization (trigger evals,
run_loop.py), whosebest_descriptionis applied verbatim. - skill-issue governs form: every skill is one of five SOP types and carries nine ordered sections; admission and every body line pass the bitter-lesson gate, with overflow to references/scripts and vendor ceilings. Existing skills predate this standard and are not retrofitted unless explicitly scoped.
agentskills validateis not available on npm → the shipping gate is a recorded manual frontmatter check per skill (name/format only; the description field is owned by the trigger-eval optimizer and is never rewritten by hand).
Declared deviations from skill-creator's default
evals.json, assertions, and fixtures live in evals/<name>/, never inside
skills/<name>/. skill-creator's default puts evals/ inside the skill
folder, but this repo's installer ships everything committed under
skills/<name>/ verbatim, so eval material there would ship to all agents.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

skills AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository eliasstravik/skills (20 stars, last pushed 13d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,141 tokens to every session, about $0.0057 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
