ESAA-Core AGENTS.md

ESAA-Core AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from elzobrito/ESAA-Core. It costs 2,154 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A Portuguese-language operating guide for ESAA-Core, a governance protocol and command-line tool for coordinating coding-agent work. It explains the runner, the event store, canonical roadmap files, and rules for concurrent work.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to configure or check the ESAA runner, verify a workspace, inspect eligible work, view roadmap status, and follow the required event-store and agent-contract rules.
Why use it?
It prevents agents from editing derived project records directly or bypassing the process that records and coordinates changes.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.02154 $0.02154
Opus 5 $0.01077 $0.01077
Sonnet 5 $0.00431 $0.00431
Haiku 4.5 $0.00215 $0.00215

Measured 5d ago against content hash 9398d6317000, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

ESAA-Core AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

AGENTS.md — Contrato operacional Codex/ESAA

Versão operacional curta para runners. Em divergência, os artefatos canônicos em .roadmap/ prevalecem. O ESAA não usa MCP. Use a CLI ESAA: python -m esaa.

1. Autoridade e termos

ESAA é o protocolo de governança. Harness executa. Orchestrator é o single writer do event store. Agente emite intenções válidas, nunca escreve diretamente no store.

Fontes canônicas:

  • Event store: .roadmap/activity.jsonl.
  • Projeções/read models: .roadmap/roadmap.json, .roadmap/issues.json, .roadmap/lessons.json.
  • Contratos: .roadmap/AGENT_CONTRACT.yaml, .roadmap/ORCHESTRATOR_CONTRACT.yaml, .roadmap/agent_result.schema.json, .roadmap/RUNTIME_POLICY.yaml.

python -m esaa --version
python -m esaa --root . verify
python -m esaa --root . eligible
python -m esaa --root . roadmap status --detail

  • Runners registrados: claude-cowork, claude-code, codex, human-terminal e unattended.
  • Com runner_validation: strict, um identificador não registrado é rejeitado com RUNNER_UNKNOWN.
  • Novos runners devem ser registrados em .roadmap/agents_swarm.yaml antes de serem usados em modo strict.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
