Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.03690 | $0.03690 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01845 | $0.01845 |

Grade A, and why
leaderboard-frontend CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 165 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
SvelteKit + TypeScript + Svelte 5 (runes mode) port of the MTEB Gradio leaderboard. Deployed as a static site to a Hugging Face Space (via Dockerfile + nginx) and GitHub Pages. Runtime data source is the mteb FastAPI service (embeddings-benchmark/mteb, branch api). PUBLIC_API_URL is required — no mock fallback.
Commands
Makefile wraps the npm scripts.
make dev # vite dev on http://localhost:5173
make build # vite build
make deploy-build # vite build with no base path (matches CI; custom domain serves from root)
make preview # serve build/ on http://localhost:4173
make check # svelte-kit sync && svelte-check
make lint # prettier --check . && eslint .
make format # prettier --write .
make test # build + Playwright e2e
make kill-ports # free 5173/5174/4173
Single test: npx playwright test tests/tab-switch.e2e.ts. Playwright reuseExistingServer: true so iterating against a running preview works.
Env vars
Read via $env/static/public (build-time inlined):
PUBLIC_API_URL— required, base URL of FastAPI. Loaders throw if unset.PUBLIC_SITE_URL— canonical origin forprerender.originand OG / canonical URLs.BASE_PATH— build-time path prefix. Empty for both the Space and GitHub Pages (Pages serves from theleaderboard.mteb.orgcustom domain at root, viastatic/CNAME).BUILD_NO_PRERENDER=1— skips prerender locally (read by+layout.ts+ detail+page.ts). Inlined via Vitedefineinvite.config.ts.
Routes
/explorer prefix is gone — every route is at the site root.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

leaderboard-frontend CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository embeddings-benchmark/leaderboard-frontend (2 stars, last pushed 18d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 3,690 tokens to every session, about $0.0185 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
