Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.02150 | $0.02150 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01075 | $0.01075 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00430 | $0.00430 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00215 | $0.00215 |
Grade A, and why
comfy-draftsman AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 101 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AGENTS.md — comfy-draftsman
A local-first MCP server that drafts, organizes, validates, and runs ComfyUI workflows. Delivers clean, labeled, annotated UI-format graphs that humans can read — computed layout, colored stage groups, titled nodes, green-highlighted knobs, and generated guidance notes. Python ≥3.11, hatchling build, httpx + websockets + mcp stack.
Deep reference: docs/ARCHITECTURE.md (read it before engine/graph/validation changes)
Current state
Last verified: 2026-08-22
- Status: in development, at v0.15.1 (
src/comfy_draftsman/__init__.pyis the single source of truth for the version). CI green. Published to PyPI ascomfy-draftsmanvia Trusted Publishing (.github/workflows/release.yml); av*tag push publishes and cuts the GitHub Release — see README → "Publishing a release". - Works: the full draft → organize → validate → run → save loop against a live ComfyUI instance; schema 0.4 and 1.0 graphs including subgraph flatten/rebuild; V3 dynamic combos, autogrow inputs and match types round-tripping through the API's dotted-key form;
organize_workflow's labeled stage groups, knob cards and guidance notes; workflow import straight from ComfyUI's browser (list_workflows+import_workflow(name=…)); the per-family knowledge floor plus a persistent learned overlay written byrecord_learning. - In progress: nothing half-built — each round lands complete. The most recent round (0.15.0) added a VRAM fit verdict, a partner-node spend gate, and the PyPI pipeline;
CHANGELOG.mdrecords what each round changed and, importantly, what was deliberately not changed. - Known gaps / next steps:
api_nodedetection and a real elicitation round-trip are unverified against a live instance; six families carry no VRAM data and correctly stay silent;COMFY_DYNAMICSLOT_V3is classified but never exercised (no live instance declares one — do not implement it speculatively); widget-backed custom-JS inputs stay a deliberate loud stop rather than a silently-wrong emit. All written up in full underdocs/ARCHITECTURE.md→ "Remaining TODOs". - Deep docs:
docs/ARCHITECTURE.md(module map, data flow, subgraph mechanics, hard-won gotchas, open TODOs),docs/PERMISSIONS.md(which tools are read-only),CHANGELOG.md.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

comfy-draftsman AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository EnragedAntelope/comfy-draftsman (2 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 2,150 tokens to every session, about $0.0107 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
