subscriby-mcp: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

subscriby-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from envigoinnovations/subscriby-mcp. It costs 890 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for publishing the Subscriby remote MCP server to the official MCP Registry. An MCP server is a service that exposes tools an AI assistant can call.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when changing the registry manifest, preparing a release, checking version consistency, or working on the Subscriby MCP publishing repository.
Why use it?
They clarify which repository and files control registry releases, versions, documentation, and authentication. This helps prevent publishing the wrong data or mismatched versions.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00890 $0.00890
Opus 5 $0.00445 $0.00445
Sonnet 5 $0.00178 $0.00178
Haiku 4.5 $0.00089 $0.00089

Measured 8d ago against content hash bd459b001031, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

subscriby-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

SubscribyMCP — MCP Registry Publishing Repo

This repo is the publishing surface for the Subscriby remote MCP server. The actual MCP runtime lives in ../Subscriby (Laravel) and is served at https://mcp.subscriby.net. This repo contains zero runtime code.

Foundational Context

  • Purpose: publish net.subscriby/mcp to the MCP Registry at registry.modelcontextprotocol.io. The reverse-DNS namespace mirrors the TLD-first form of subscriby.net.
  • Source of truth: server.json. Every published version of Subscriby on the registry is exactly what was in server.json at the tagged commit.
  • Version anchor: server.json#/version is the canonical version. CHANGELOG.md and the vX.Y.Z git tag must match.
  • Tool catalog: lives on the running MCP server; documentation lives in ../SubscribyDocs/content/mcp/. Do NOT mirror tool docs here.
  • Auth: bearer token in the Authorization header. The user mints an sbt_* personal access token in the Subscriby app settings. No OAuth on the server today.

Conventions

  • Bump server.json#/version when any of these change in ../Subscriby:
    1. A tool is added, removed, renamed, or its input/output shape changes.
    2. The remote URL or transport changes.
    3. Auth requirements change.
    4. A SECURITY advisory is published.
  • SemVer: breaking tool removal/rename → major; new tool or new optional input → minor; doc-only or fix-only → patch.
  • Update CHANGELOG.md (Keep-a-Changelog format) in the same commit as a server.json version bump.
  • Tag commits as vX.Y.Z exactly matching server.json#/version. The workflow refuses mismatches.
  • Run npm run schema:fetch && npm run validate locally before tagging.

Cross-Project Rules (IMPORTANT)

  • A tool catalog change in ../Subscriby (anything under routes/ai.php or app/Mcp/) must trigger:
    1. A server.json version bump in this repo.
    2. A docs update in ../SubscribyDocs/content/mcp/tools-reference.mdx and the per-tool MDX file.
    3. A CHANGELOG.md entry here.
  • Do not bump server.json#/version for tool changes that haven't shipped to https://mcp.subscriby.net. The registry advertises a remote URL; advertising before deploy is a broken-link hazard.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
