CLAUDE.md

eodhd-claude-skills CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from EodHistoricalData/eodhd-claude-skills. It costs 1,746 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for EODHD Claude Skills, an add-on for working with the EODHD financial-data API. The API provides market and historical financial information that software can request, and the project includes documentation, workflows, an analyst agent, and an MCP connector.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when developing, configuring, or testing the EODHD plugin, its financial-analysis agent, API workflows, MCP connection, endpoint documentation, or namespaced user commands.
Why use it?
They explain how the plugin is organized and how its skills and commands are loaded, helping contributors use the supported structure and avoid outdated command locations.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01746 $0.01746
Opus 5 $0.00873 $0.00873
Sonnet 5 $0.00349 $0.00349
Haiku 4.5 $0.00175 $0.00175

Measured 10d ago against content hash 6fad7c45e35d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

eodhd-claude-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

EODHD Claude Skills

Overview

Plugin enabling AI agents (Claude Code, Codex) to work with the EODHD financial data API. Distributed as a Claude Code plugin (EodHistoricalData/eodhd-claude-skills). Version: 0.5.2.

Includes MCP Server connector (OAuth), 13 skills (1 core + 7 workflow + 5 user-facing commands), financial analyst agent, 64 endpoint docs, 28 general guides, and a stdlib-only Python client. As of v0.5.2 the user commands (eodhd-analyze etc.) live under skills/ as standard skills and are invoked namespaced (e.g. /eodhd-api:eodhd-analyze) — the legacy commands/ directory was removed because its flat files did not load as usable commands in a live session on newer Claude Code (verified live on 2.1.158 and 2.1.161: all 13 skills load).

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
