ershu-mcp: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

ershu-mcp AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from ershu-lab/ershu-mcp. It costs 432 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Repository instructions for ershu-mcp, a project that handles MCP connections, tools, transport security, and formatted results.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when taking over development, inspecting related projects through the running MCP server, changing public tools or responses, and running checks before submitting code.
Why use it?
They give developers and coding agents rules for keeping this component independent, testing it without sibling repositories, and checking that repository information is current before making changes.

Written for Codex and OpenCode: the file is AGENTS.md.

This is ershu-lab/ershu-mcp's own configuration. It tells Codex and OpenCode how to work on ershu-mcp itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything ershu-mcp configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00432 $0.00432
Opus 5 $0.00216 $0.00216
Sonnet 5 $0.00086 $0.00086
Haiku 4.5 $0.00043 $0.00043

Measured 9d ago against content hash ba939d1204d2, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

ershu-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Ershu MCP

  2. list_projectsresolve_project 确认项目,再用 list_project_repositories 核对组件、分支和对应提交。
  3. get_project_overviewlist_repository_documentsget_document 阅读已有项目资料。
  4. list_repository_treelist_repository_code_index 查看目标仓库的目录和代码索引。

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
