Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00901 | $0.00901 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00451 | $0.00451 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00180 | $0.00180 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00090 | $0.00090 |
Grade A, and why
ai-report-to-me CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 65 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

What This Project Does
AI Report to Me (aireport) is a CLI tool that reads coding agent session logs (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Codex) from the local filesystem, parses them into a normalized format, analyzes patterns (friction, habits, coder type), and generates daily reports and "Wrapped" summaries (like Spotify Wrapped but for coding sessions).
Commands
pnpm dev -- <subcommand>— run CLI in dev mode via tsxpnpm build— build with tsup (outputs todist/cli/)pnpm test— run all tests with vitestpnpm test -- src/__tests__/parser.test.ts— run a single test filepnpm test:watch— run tests in watch modepnpm typecheck— type-check without emitting
Architecture
The data flows in a pipeline: Adapters → SessionReader → Aggregator → Analyzers → Renderer → Output
Adapters (src/adapters/)
Each supported CLI tool has an adapter implementing CLIAdapter interface. Adapters handle detection, session listing, JSONL parsing, and hook installation. Currently only claude-code is implemented. New CLI adapters register in AdapterRegistry (registry.ts).
Core (src/core/)
- SessionReader — collects
NormalizedSession[]from all enabled adapters, groups by day - Aggregator — computes
DailyAggregationorWrappedAggregationfrom sessions (project breakdown, tool call distribution, hourly patterns, token usage) - ReportScheduler — determines which days need report (re)generation by comparing session IDs against existing report metadata
- Analyzers (
core/analyzer/) — friction detection (retry loops, error loops, direction switches), habit patterns, vibe coder type classification, improvement suggestions - Prompts (
core/prompts/) — LLM prompt templates for daily and wrapped reports
Shared (src/shared/)
- types.ts — all core data types (
NormalizedSession,NormalizedMessage,ToolCall,DailyAggregation,WrappedAggregation, etc.) - config.ts — Zod-validated config at
~/.ai-report/config.json(language, privacy mode, backfill limit, webhook URLs) - storage.ts — JSONL/Markdown read/write helpers, report metadata embedding/parsing
- constants.ts — paths (
~/.ai-report/,~/.claude/), defaults
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ai-report-to-me CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository FakeHank/ai-report-to-me (9 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 901 tokens to every session, about $0.0045 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
