awesome-motion-design-agent-skills AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from frankxai/awesome-motion-design-agent-skills. It costs 925 tokens per session, scanned A, original, CC0-1.0.

Repository instructions for a public catalogue of motion-design skills and resources for AI agents. They set standards for choosing tools, documenting entries, protecting private material, and maintaining external links.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when adding, ranking, reviewing, or maintaining motion-design skills, playbooks, tool notes, and quality rubrics.
Why use it?
They help keep motion resources organized by job, such as product animation, creative web effects, video, and quality checks. They also reduce the risk of outdated links, unclear recommendations, and unlicensed material.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00925 $0.00925
Opus 5 $0.00463 $0.00463
Sonnet 5 $0.00185 $0.00185
Haiku 4.5 $0.00093 $0.00093

Security

Grade A, and why

awesome-motion-design-agent-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Repository Instructions

This repo is the public motion-agent discovery and authority layer for FrankX, Starlight, and Arcanea.

Scope

  • Maintain curated rankings, playbooks, skills, MCP notes, and rubrics for AI agents doing motion design.
  • Prefer official sources, active repos, clear licenses, and examples that improve shipped output.
  • Keep this repo public-safe: no private brand strategy, internal credentials, paid assets, client work, or non-public memory.

Quality Bar

  • Rank by usefulness to real agent workflows, not by hype or stars alone.
  • Separate product UI motion, creative web motion, interactive assets, video generation, capture/QA, and MCP/design-tool context.
  • Every new tool entry should answer: when to use it, why it matters, agent fit, risk, and source/license notes.
  • Avoid giant unsorted lists. Curate aggressively.

Maintenance

  • Refresh external links and rankings at least monthly.
  • Prefer primary links: official docs, official GitHub repos, vendor MCP docs, and standards.
  • Keep skills-lock.json aligned with third-party skills actually referenced by the repo.
  • Do not commit installed third-party skill folders unless the source license and purpose are explicit.

Verification

  • Before publishing, scan for broken Markdown links, stale dates, placeholders, and private/internal paths.
  • If adding setup commands, verify they are current and make clear whether they are global, repo-local, or agent-environment-specific.

Design Taste Kernel

For any site, app, landing page, dashboard, visual identity, brand, motion, media, social, or frontend task, apply the shared Design Taste Kernel before handoff:

  • C:\Users\frank\starlight\repos\DESIGN_TASTE.md
  • C:\Users\frank\starlight\repos\WEB_EXPERIENCE_STANDARD.md
  • C:\Users\frank\starlight\repos\MOTION_TASTE_RUBRIC.md
  • C:\Users\frank\starlight\repos\MULTI_AGENT_DESIGN_COUNCIL.md
  • C:\Users\frank\starlight\repos\VISUAL_QA_GATE.md

When motion, scroll, generated media, GIF/video, or premium polish matters, route through the Motion Design Studio plugin/skills and verify the result visually.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
