Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00506 | $0.00506 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00202 | $0.00202 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00101 | $0.00101 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00051 | $0.00051 |
Grade A, and why
fusebase-flow CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 26 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md — Claude Code adapter for Fusebase Flow
This repo runs Fusebase Flow v5.11. Read AGENTS.md (unless its Flow overlay section is already in context), FLOW_RULES.md through ## Amendment log, both mandatory skill bodies, flow-skills/role-discipline/references/<role>.md, and the active workflow/ticket artifacts. Canonical provider details are in the recovery-owned adapter below.
For maintenance work in this repository, also read docs/maintainer-execution.md. It is not copied into consumers.
FuseBase Flow — Claude Code adapter
Read AGENTS.md unless its FuseBase Flow — workflow lifecycle overlay section is already in context, then FLOW_RULES.md through ## Amendment log. Claude Code supplies skill descriptions/metadata, not skill bodies. Read flow-skills/communication/SKILL.md, flow-skills/role-discipline/SKILL.md, and the attested role's reference once unless each exact body is already in context. Read the active workflow and ticket/handoff. Use the attestation and state footer from FLOW_RULES.md.
| Claude surface | Canonical owner |
|---|---|
| lifecycle skills | flow-skills/ mirrored to .claude/skills/ |
| role agents | agents/ mirrored to .claude/agents/ |
commands (/fusebase-health, /onboard, /product-owner, /handoff, /token-waste-audit, /find-wasted-effort, /find-wasted-code, /step-out) |
hooks/local/fusebase-flow-overlays/commands/ mirrored to .claude/commands/ |
| lifecycle hooks | hooks/handlers/ via .claude/settings.json.example |
| CLI runtime/quality guidance | CLI-owned .claude/skills/, .claude/agents/, .claude/hooks/ |
Hooks are opt-in until .claude/settings.json.example is merged into .claude/settings.json; Git hooks remain the fallback. Existing Fusebase CLI runtime/MCP/SDK rules override generic Flow guidance; Flow owns the lifecycle. For active context, commands, install/update recovery, and mixed-fleet behavior, use AGENTS.md; do not reprint those procedures here.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
