galyarder-framework: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

galyarder-framework CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from galyarderlabs/galyarder-framework. It costs 284 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Instructions for using the Galyarder Framework with Claude Code. They define how to understand a request, inspect files, choose the right workflow, make scoped edits, and verify the result.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them to guide Claude Code through implementation, refactoring, reviews, documentation, and other framework-managed tasks.
Why use it?
They help Claude Code work from the current codebase and avoid claiming a change is complete without checking it.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00284 $0.00284
Opus 5 $0.00142 $0.00142
Sonnet 5 $0.00057 $0.00057
Haiku 4.5 $0.00028 $0.00028

Security

Grade A, and why

galyarder-framework CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Claude Code Integration — Galyarder Framework

This guide explains how Claude Code should use Galyarder Framework as an agentic-company operating layer.

Operating Gate

Every Claude Code session should follow this order:

  1. Understand intent — restate the operator goal and constraints.
  2. Inspect before editing — read the relevant files, docs, tests, and runtime state.
  3. Route the work — choose the correct department, agent, skill, command, or tool path.
  4. Plan non-trivial changes — define the smallest viable implementation slice and proof gate.
  5. Execute surgically — preserve unrelated code and useful technical content.
  6. Verify before completion — run the proving command/check and report evidence.
  7. Persist useful results — leave docs, tests, reports, PR notes, or decisions when the work needs continuity.

Technical Integrity

  • Think before coding.
  • Prefer simple, inspectable changes over speculative architecture.
  • Keep edits scoped to the requested outcome.
  • Use tests, builds, lint, logs, rendered output, or live checks as completion proof.
  • Do not claim success from confidence alone.

Human-Directed Execution

Claude Code can implement, refactor, test, document, and review. The human operator remains the source of intent and approval for external, public, financial, security-sensitive, or irreversible actions.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
