fbdl-mcp: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

fbdl-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from GangGreenTemperTatum/fbdl-mcp. It costs 1,991 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for an MCP server, covering when to use its tools, how to chain them, its language reference, and script structure. MCP is a way for an agent to call external tools through a standard interface.

In plain words
What is it for?
Working on GangGreenTemperTatum/fbdl-mcp, using its tools, following the fbdl language reference, and editing its scripts.
Why use it?
They help the coding agent choose and combine the server's tools correctly and place code in the expected structure.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01991 $0.01991
Opus 5.5 $0.00796 $0.00796
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00398 $0.00398
Haiku 4.5 $0.00199 $0.00199

Measured 2mo ago against content hash 96188887b1f1, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

fbdl-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

FBDL MCP Server

You have access to tools for working with FBDL (Facebook Developer Language) -- a DSL used in Meta's bug bounty program (MMBRC) to create reproducible test scenarios with whitehat test users, pages, groups, and other Facebook entities.

When to use these tools

Use the FBDL tools when the user wants to:

  • Create test scenarios for Meta's bug bounty program
  • Generate FBDL scripts from natural language descriptions
  • Validate existing FBDL scripts for correctness
  • Understand what an FBDL script does
  • Look up available FBDL entities, actions, or their parameters

Tool chaining pattern

Always follow this workflow when generating FBDL:

  1. Understand -- Use list_entities and list_actions to check available constructs if unsure
  2. Generate -- Write the FBDL script (use the generate_fbdl prompt for complex scenarios)
  3. Validate -- Always call validate_fbdl on the generated script before presenting it
  4. Explain -- Use explain_fbdl if the user wants to understand what a script does

Never present an FBDL script to the user without validating it first.

FBDL language reference

Script structure

An FBDL script has two blocks, each introduced by a header on its own line:

  1. A [setup] block that creates test entities — one declaration per line
  2. An [action] block that performs operations on those entities — one action per line

The [action] block is optional: a setup-only script (just create entities) is valid. Lines beginning with # are comments.

Setup block syntax

[setup]
Type Label [with {key: value, ...}]
Type Label [with {key: value, ...}]

The [setup] header sits alone on its line, and each entity goes on its own line below it (indentation is optional but conventional). Do NOT put multiple entities, or any entity, on the [setup] header line — the FBDL API rejects that.

Entity types and their required params:

Type Required params Key optional params
User (none) (none)
Page owner admins, editors, moderators, is_parent_location
Group owner, privacy (public/private/public_legacy) members, admins, visibility, allow_anonymous_posts
Album owner, type (user/shared/page/group), place privacy, contributors
Friendship sender, receivers (none -- also has NO label)
Business owner admins, employees, primary_page, tier, quarantine
App owner live (true/false), type (business/consumer/instant_games/etc)
Event owner, place privacy, is_past, post_permission, post_approval, co_hosts

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
