AGENTS.md

health-mcp AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from Gavinxiong668/health-mcp. It costs 298 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for AI coding agents, including how to load skills and how to work on the dashboard. A monorepo is one workspace containing multiple packages or applications.

In plain words
What is it for?
Checking and loading relevant skills, changing dashboard routes or data loading, adding micro-interactions, and choosing the project's preferred UI building blocks.
Why use it?
They guide the assistant toward the right package-specific skills and prevent inconsistent choices during larger changes.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00298 $0.00298
Opus 5 $0.00149 $0.00149
Sonnet 5 $0.00060 $0.00060
Haiku 4.5 $0.00030 $0.00030

Measured 10d ago against content hash 1452f461e7eb, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

health-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Conventions for AI coding agents working in this repo. Mirrors CLAUDE.md; cross-tool agnostic.

Skill Loading

Before substantial work:

  • Skill check: run pnpm dlx @tanstack/intent@latest list, or use skills already listed in context.
  • Skill guidance: if one local skill clearly matches the task, run pnpm dlx @tanstack/intent@latest load <package>#<skill> and follow the returned SKILL.md.
  • Monorepos: when working across packages, run the skill check from the workspace root and prefer the local skill for the package being changed.
  • Multiple matches: prefer the most specific local skill for the package or concern you are changing; load additional skills only when the task spans multiple packages or concerns.

Dashboard work

When touching apps/dashboard/**:

  • Load the relevant @tanstack/router-core#<sub-skill> before non-trivial routing/data-loading work (sub-skills: search-params, path-params, navigation, data-loading, auth-and-guards, type-safety, etc.).
  • Load .claude/skills/transitions-dev for micro-interactions.
  • Prefer Spell UI > shadcn primitives > plain Tailwind for components.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
