Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00721 | $0.00721 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00360 | $0.00360 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00144 | $0.00144 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00072 | $0.00072 |
Grade A, and why
enterprise-ai-transformation-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 63 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
This repo is a Claude Code plugin: 16 prompt-only skills for enterprise AI transformation. No build step, no runtime dependencies — everything is markdown plus two JSON manifests.
Layout
skills/<bucket>-<name>/— one directory per skill:SKILL.md(the skill),README.md(human-facing summary), optionalcases/(worked examples). Buckets:general-(strategy/diagnosis),process-(pilot/ship/observe),tech-(stack/sourcing/data/agents),people-(leadership/workforce/frontline).references/— 200–500-word research extracts skills cite by bare filename.references/_index.mdis the catalog; its consumer columns are validated against actual citations..claude-plugin/plugin.json+marketplace.json— both list all 16 skills and carry the version; they must stay in sync (CI checks this).templates/SKILL.md.tmpl— starting point for new skills.docs/— usage guide, demo scripts, effectiveness reports.
Conventions
- Skills cite reference files by bare filename in backticks, e.g.
consult `95-5-genai-divide.md`— resolved againstreferences/at the plugin root. Every citation must resolve to a real file. - Adding/renaming a skill requires updating BOTH
.claude-plugin/plugin.jsonand.claude-plugin/marketplace.json, plusREADME.mdtables andINSTALL.mdtrigger-phrase tables. - Each skill's verdict vocabulary (e.g. Fund / Reframe / Kill) is a stable output contract — do not rename verdicts; downstream users depend on them.
- Skill H1 titles read
<Bucket> — <Title>(e.g.# General — AI Idea Diagnostic). - Frontmatter:
namemust match the directory name;description≤ 1024 chars and must include the trigger phrases. - Commit style:
<skill-or-ref>: <what changed>(e.g.general-roi-gate: tighten Q3 measurement prompt). - Notable changes go under
## [Unreleased]inCHANGELOG.md. - All 16 skills are deliberately model-invoked — the frontmatter
description(and its trigger phrases) is designed to sit in the agent's context every session so the right skill auto-fires on the right prompt. This is a considered tradeoff, not an oversight: it costs per-session context (16 descriptions ≈ 3K tokens), but a decision-gate plugin that requires the user to remember and manually invoke 16 skill names defeats its own purpose. Don't "fix" this by making skills user-invoked-only; do keep descriptions tight, since that context cost is paid on every session regardless of which skill fires.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

enterprise-ai-transformation-skills CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository geledek/enterprise-ai-transformation-skills (9 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 721 tokens to every session, about $0.0036 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
