Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01465 | $0.01465 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00732 | $0.00732 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00293 | $0.00293 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00146 | $0.00146 |
Grade A, and why
concord-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 130 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Concord MCP — Engineering Guide
This file governs how code is written in this repository. It applies to human contributors and to coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.). Read it before making changes.
What this project is
concord-mcp is a local MCP server plus a concord CLI that gives coding agents
shared work-state: agents register their presence, claim work, share
typed task context, leave handoffs, and generate review packets
before opening PRs. SQLite is the source of truth; human-readable markdown
artifacts are rendered from it for PR visibility.
The surface is intentionally six MCP tools: register_agent, get_work_state,
claim_work, update_task, get_task_context, and handoff. Review packets
are produced by handoff with ready_for_review set, not a separate tool.
register_agent was added with explicit product pull for agent presence (who is
here and what they are working on); liveness is derived from last_seen in
domain/presence.ts, not stored. Do not add more tools without explicit product
pull.
Coding rules (non-negotiable)
These are enforced in CI. A PR that violates them will not go green.
- PRs stay under 600 LOC (added + removed, excluding
pnpm-lock.yaml). Enforced by thepr-size-checkCI job. If a change grows past this, split it. - No file over 1000 lines. Enforced by ESLint
max-lines. Aim far lower — most files should be under ~300 lines. Extract modules early. - Strict types. Never
any.strict+noUncheckedIndexedAccess+exactOptionalPropertyTypesin tsconfig;strictTypeCheckedin ESLint (no-explicit-any, allno-unsafe-*,no-non-null-assertion). unknownonly at boundaries.unknownis allowed only as the immediate input to a Zod.parse()/.safeParse()that narrows it. Never store, return, or pass aroundunknown.- Never typecast.
asassertions are forbidden (consistent-type-assertions: never); onlyas constis allowed. Narrow types with Zod parsing, type guards, or control flow — not casts. - Clear naming. camelCase values/functions, PascalCase types, UPPER_CASE
module constants. kebab-case filenames. Enforced by
naming-convention. - Modular, layered structure (see below). Dependencies point one way:
tools/cli→domain/artifacts→db→config. Lower layers never import higher ones. - Check before writing. Search for an existing type, schema, repository, or helper before adding a new one. Reuse over duplication.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

concord-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository Get-Concord-AI/concord-mcp (325 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,465 tokens to every session, about $0.0073 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
