lorcana-oracle: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

lorcana-oracle CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from gregario/lorcana-oracle. It costs 725 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for Lorcana Oracle, using OpenSpec for product specifications and Superpowers for engineering work. TDD means writing tests before or alongside the code they check.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them to propose, explore, and archive product changes, then implement approved tasks with tests, review, and subagents.
Why use it?
They separate product planning from implementation and define how specifications should stay aligned with code.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00725 $0.00725
Opus 5.5 $0.00290 $0.00290
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00145 $0.00145
Haiku 4.5 $0.00072 $0.00072

Security

Grade A, and why

lorcana-oracle CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Project Instructions

This is a project inside the AI-Factory workspace. It follows the spec-driven workflow defined in the parent CLAUDE.md.

Workflow Overview

This project uses two complementary tools:

  • OpenSpec — Product thinking. Creates specs, designs changes, manages the product lifecycle.
  • Superpowers — Engineering. Implements tasks with TDD, code review, and subagent execution.

Spec Mode (OpenSpec)

Use OpenSpec for:

  • Defining the product (first specs)
  • Proposing new features or large enhancements
  • Reviewing and updating specs after code has changed

Key commands:

  • /opsx:propose "idea" — Propose a change. Generates proposal, design, specs, and tasks.
  • /opsx:explore — Review the current state of specs.
  • /opsx:archive — Archive a completed change and update master specs.

Note: /opsx:apply is deprecated. After OpenSpec generates tasks, use Design Mode then Superpowers to implement — not /opsx:apply.

OpenSpec manages all specs in openspec/specs/ (delivered capabilities) and openspec/changes/ (in-progress work). Do not create or edit spec files manually outside of OpenSpec's workflow.

Spec Sync Rule

When returning to OpenSpec after a period of Superpowers iterations, OpenSpec must first review the current codebase to update its understanding of the product before generating new specs. Code may have evolved since the last spec was written.

Execution Mode (Superpowers)

Use Superpowers for:

  • Implementing tasks from OpenSpec proposals
  • Small enhancements and iterations
  • Bug fixes
  • Refactoring

Superpowers activates automatically. Its skills enforce:

  • TDD (red-green-refactor)
  • Systematic debugging
  • Code review before completion
  • Subagent-driven development for complex tasks

When to Use Which

Situation Tool
New product definition OpenSpec
New feature or large enhancement OpenSpec → then Superpowers to implement
Small enhancement or iteration Superpowers directly
Bug fix Superpowers directly
Specs and code have diverged OpenSpec (review + update specs)
Refactoring Superpowers directly

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
