Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.04159 $0.04159
Opus 5 $0.02080 $0.02080
Sonnet 5 $0.00832 $0.00832
Haiku 4.5 $0.00416 $0.00416

Measured 4d ago against content hash 9d9a04a5b891, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

ga CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Build, test, verify

dotnet build AllProjects.slnx -c Debug # full build
dotnet test AllProjects.slnx # full suite
pwsh Scripts/start-all.ps1 -Dashboard # start all services via Aspire
pwsh Scripts/start-all.ps1 -NoBuild -Dashboard # daily dev restart (skip build)
pwsh Scripts/run-all-tests.ps1 -BackendOnly -SkipBuild # backend-only suite (faster)
dotnet test --filter "FullyQualifiedName~<name>" # single test

Verify before claiming success. dotnet build AllProjects.slnx -c Debug and dotnet test AllProjects.slnx must pass. Frontend: npm run build && npm run lint in ReactComponents/ga-react-components.

Architecture

Strict bottom-up five-layer model:

  1. CoreGA.Core, GA.Domain.Core (pure primitives: Note, Interval, Fretboard)
  2. DomainGA.Business.Core, GA.Business.Config, GA.BSP.Core (logic, YAML, BSP)
  3. AnalysisGA.Business.Core.Harmony, GA.Business.Core.Fretboard (chord/scale, voice leading, spectral)
  4. AI/MLGA.Business.ML (embeddings, vector search, RAG, OPTIC-K schema)
  5. OrchestrationGA.Business.Core.Orchestration, GA.Business.Assets, GA.Business.Intelligence

Rule: AI code in layer 4 (GA.Business.ML). Orchestration in layer 5. Never in lower layers. Full layer map + conventions: docs/architecture/layers.md.

Apps live in Apps/: ga-server/GaApi (ASP.NET + SignalR + GraphQL), GaChatbot, ga-client (React + R3F), GaMusicTheoryLsp (F#), AllProjects.AppHost (Aspire).

Conventions

  • C# 14 / .NET 10: <Nullable>enable</Nullable>, file-scoped namespaces with using inside, record for DTOs, primary constructors, [] collection expressions, System.Threading.Lock, zero-warnings policy.
  • Railway-Oriented Programming: Services return Result<T,E> / Try<T> / Validation<T> / Option<T> from GA.Core.Functional. throw only at system boundaries.
  • F# (GA.Business.DSL, GA.Business.Config): 4-space indent, [<CLIMutable>] on YAML records, PascalCase YAML keys, hardcoded fallback if YAML missing.
  • Frontend: React 18, TypeScript strict, MUI v5 (sx prop only), R3F (no state in useFrame), no any.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
