Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00478 $0.00478
Opus 5 $0.00239 $0.00239
Sonnet 5 $0.00096 $0.00096
Haiku 4.5 $0.00048 $0.00048

Measured 8d ago against content hash 20c4fe92bc14, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

okf-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Claude Code Instructions

This repository is a public template collection for Claude Code and Codex users who want reusable Skills and OKF project knowledge.

Repository Purpose

Use this repository as a copyable starter kit for:

  • Agent-readable project knowledge in okf/.
  • Repeatable task workflows in skills/.
  • Claude Code guidance in this file.
  • Codex guidance in AGENTS.md.

Before Making Changes

  • Read README.md.
  • Read relevant docs under docs/.
  • For Skill changes, read the target skills/*/SKILL.md and update docs when usage changes.
  • For OKF changes, read okf/index.md and okf/log.md.

Skill Usage Policy

  • Use Skills for task process, not project facts.
  • Choose the narrowest Skill that matches the work.
  • If a task changes behavior, architecture, data shape, or an operating playbook, consider running update-okf after the implementation.
  • Keep Skill descriptions precise enough for automatic or manual selection.

OKF Usage Policy

  • OKF is the project knowledge layer.
  • Store architecture, domain concepts, data notes, feature behavior, and playbooks under okf/.
  • Keep okf/index.md useful as the map of the knowledge bundle.
  • Use okf/index.md as a router and load only the concepts relevant to the task.
  • Keep okf/log.md updated when meaningful knowledge changes are made.
  • Read okf/log.md when history is relevant or before editing OKF, not for every task.

Documentation Update Rules

  • Update README only for top-level usage or positioning changes.
  • Update docs when setup, usage, customization, or OKF rules change.
  • Update examples when a change would otherwise make the example misleading.
  • Avoid duplicating long explanations across README and docs.

Change Checklist

  • README and relevant docs were checked.
  • Related Skill files were updated when workflow changed.
  • OKF index and log were checked when OKF changed.
  • Links are relative and valid.
  • No secrets, credentials, private URLs, or personal data were added.
  • The final response explains validation performed.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
