solopreneur: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

solopreneur CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from hanamizuki/solopreneur. It costs 1,531 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for a collection of seven related plugins for solo business owners, including design, marketing, mobile development, AI engineering, and Neo4j development. They explain how the plugins are organized and generated.

In plain words
What is it for?
Changing plugin skills or source code, understanding dependencies, generating install packages, and preparing versioned releases for the marketplace.
Why use it?
They show which files are maintained directly and which are generated. This helps prevent edits from being overwritten and keeps plugin dependencies and releases consistent.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01531 $0.01531
Opus 5 $0.00766 $0.00766
Sonnet 5 $0.00306 $0.00306
Haiku 4.5 $0.00153 $0.00153

Security

Grade A, and why

solopreneur CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 123 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

solopreneur

This repo ships seven sub-plugins from a single marketplace:

Plugin Skills Non-skill source Depends on
solopreneur skills/solopreneur/ src/solopreneur/
designer skills/designer/ src/designer/ solopreneur
marketer skills/marketer/ src/marketer/ solopreneur
ios-dev skills/ios-dev/ src/ios-dev/ solopreneur
android-dev skills/android-dev/ src/android-dev/ solopreneur
ai-engineer skills/ai-engineer/ src/ai-engineer/ solopreneur
neo4j-dev skills/neo4j-dev/ src/neo4j-dev/ solopreneur

Each directory name matches its marketplace name 1:1. The Depends on column comes from src/<name>/plugin.json.

skills/ and src/ are the only hand-maintained plugin sources. Run scripts/generate-plugin-packages.sh after changing either root. It rebuilds the committed install packages at plugins/claude/<name>/ and the registry-filtered plugins/codex/<name>/; never edit those outputs directly.

Config layering

The solopreneur plugin's user config (solopreneur.json) supports per-repo overrides over a shared default. Skills read via read_solopreneur_config <feature> which walks five layers, first non-null wins:

  1. primary repos[<repo-key>].<feature> — per-repo override
  2. primary default.<feature> — user-global default
  3. fallback repos[<repo-key>].<feature> — shared per-repo (rare)
  4. fallback default.<feature> — shared default
  5. legacy top-level <feature> — old flat-schema compatibility

<repo-key> is normalized from git remote get-url origin (host/owner/repo); the helper falls back to the git toplevel path or $PWD when no origin exists. Writes go through one of two helpers — write_solopreneur_config lands at default.<key>, write_solopreneur_repo_config lands at repos[<repo-key>].<key>.

Existing configs on the old flat schema ({ "todos": {...} } at the top level) keep working via layer 5; migration is optional. The helpers are implemented once in src/solopreneur/shared/config.sh, which skills source; see src/solopreneur/shared/config.md for the cascade documentation and a sample migrated config.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
