Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02078 | $0.02078 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01039 | $0.01039 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00416 | $0.00416 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00208 | $0.00208 |
Grade A, and why
aws-safe-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 187 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Agent Instructions
This file contains coding-agent instructions for working in this repository. It
is not user-facing setup documentation; start with README.md for that.
Codebase Knowledge Graph (codebase-memory-mcp)
Block kept verbatim for non-Claude agents (Codex, Copilot, etc.). Claude Code receives the same protocol via the global user config and may treat this as a redundant reminder.
This project uses codebase-memory-mcp to maintain a knowledge graph of the codebase. ALWAYS prefer MCP graph tools over grep/glob/file-search for code discovery.
Priority Order
search_graph- find functions, classes, routes, variables by patterntrace_path- trace who calls a function or what it callsget_code_snippet- read specific function/class source codequery_graph- run Cypher queries for complex patternsget_architecture- high-level project summary
When to fall back to grep/glob
- Searching for string literals, error messages, config values
- Searching non-code files (Dockerfiles, shell scripts, configs)
- When MCP tools return insufficient results
Examples
- Find a handler:
search_graph(name_pattern=".*OrderHandler.*") - Who calls it:
trace_path(function_name="OrderHandler", direction="inbound") - Read source:
get_code_snippet(qualified_name="pkg/orders.OrderHandler")
Toolchain
- Package manager: uv (not pip/poetry). Install deps:
uv sync --all-groups - Build:
uv build - All commands below run via
uv run <tool>. CI and dev docs both use uv.
Verification (run in this order before committing)
uv run python scripts/ci_local.py # full CI run (~20s)
uv run python scripts/ci_local.py --fast # lint + format + bandit only (~1s)
This wraps the exact uv run … sequence from .github/workflows/ci.yml
(ruff check → ruff format --check → mypy → bandit → pip-audit →
pytest → uv build). Keep the two in lockstep.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

aws-safe-mcp AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository harryhazza77/aws-safe-mcp (0 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 2,078 tokens to every session, about $0.0104 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
