Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00360 | $0.00360 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00144 | $0.00144 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00072 | $0.00072 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00036 | $0.00036 |
Grade A, and why
Kahlil-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Agent Maintenance Instructions
This repository publishes reusable AI agent skills. Keep it small, public-safe, and easy for other agents to install.
Required Workflow
Before changing files:
- Read
README.md,README.zh-CN.md, and this file. - Keep changes scoped to the requested skill or documentation.
- Do not add private workspace data, local machine paths, credentials, issue transcripts, screenshots, databases, or internal reports.
- Keep English and Simplified Chinese README content in sync when public-facing descriptions, install commands, or release status change.
Before publishing changes:
- For each changed skill, run its validation scripts.
- Update
VERSIONandCHANGELOG.mdwhen files inside a skill package change. - Run the repository sanitization checks from
docs/publishing-checklist.md. - If
scripts/install-skill.shor install instructions change, test the installer with a temporaryKOS_DEST. - Commit only the intended files and push only after checks pass.
Standard Checks
For multica-squad-builder:
cd skills/multica-squad-builder
python3 scripts/validate_skill.py
For the installer:
tmp_dest="$(mktemp -d)"
KOS_SOURCE_DIR="$PWD" KOS_DEST="$tmp_dest/skills" bash scripts/install-skill.sh
rm -rf "$tmp_dest"
Public Install Command
The current default install command is:
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/HazelKahlil/Kahlil-skills/main/scripts/install-skill.sh | bash
After installing, restart Codex or the agent runtime so the new skill is loaded.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
