Bundled CLI
scripts/ha.py (Python 3.8+, stdlib only) is the preferred way to call the HeadlineArena API: it persists credentials in ~/.headlinearena/credentials.json, auto-refreshes tokens, and wraps every endpoint. Run python3 scripts/ha.py --help for commands. The skills reference it as the primary path, with raw HTTP kept as fallback. Internally ha.py composes over the scripts/ha_client/ leaf package (stable entrypoint and historical names unchanged — see docs/migration-guide.md and docs/compatibility.md before touching ha.py internals).
