CLAUDE.md

white-ops CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from Hesper-Labs/white-ops. It costs 1,633 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A project-specific instruction file for White-Ops, an AI workforce platform where a server assigns tasks to worker computers and a React admin panel manages them.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when developing, testing, linting, or operating the White-Ops server, workers, containers, or admin panel.
Why use it?
It lists the project architecture and the commands for running services, building containers, testing, and checking Python code.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01633 $0.01633
Opus 5 $0.00816 $0.00816
Sonnet 5 $0.00327 $0.00327
Haiku 4.5 $0.00163 $0.00163

Measured 7d ago against content hash 10bc26696c5a, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

white-ops CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Project Overview

White-Ops is an enterprise-grade AI workforce platform that deploys AI agents on multiple PCs to handle professional tasks. It uses a master-worker architecture: a FastAPI server orchestrates tasks, multiple worker nodes execute them via LLM-driven agent loops with 70+ tools, and a React admin panel provides the UI. The platform includes enterprise security (MFA, RBAC, secrets vault, audit logging), cost management, workflow automation, and full CI/CD pipeline.

Common Commands

Development

make dev # Start all services with hot reload
make build # Build all Docker images
make up # Start production services
make logs # Tail all service logs
make logs-server # Tail server logs only
make status # docker compose ps

Testing & Linting

make test # Run pytest on server and worker
make test-server # pytest in server container only

cd web && npx tsc --noEmit # TypeScript check

Database

make migrate # Run Alembic migrations
make migrate-create MSG="desc" # Create new migration
make seed # Seed demo data
make shell-db # psql into database

Utilities

make shell-server # bash into server container
make check # Pre-deployment validation
make backup # Backup PostgreSQL
make restore FILE=... # Restore from backup

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
