Um conjunto de instruções para rever código no projeto Signum, uma ferramenta cujo repositório inclui um sistema de execução controlado por políticas. As instruções definem quando uma revisão pode começar e quais riscos devem ter prioridade.

In plain words
What is it for?
Serve para orientar revisões de pull requests, especialmente alterações em fluxos de autenticação, shell, sistema de ficheiros, dependências, workflows, APIs e comportamento de execução.
Why use it?
Evita fazer uma revisão detalhada antes de confirmar que o pedido de alteração contém informação suficiente. Também mantém o foco em erros, segurança, manutenção e dependências desnecessárias.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00279 $0.00279
Opus 5 $0.00139 $0.00139
Sonnet 5 $0.00056 $0.00056
Haiku 4.5 $0.00028 $0.00028

Measured 4d ago against content hash 4ae4a7427c5c, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

signum copilot-instructions.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Signum Copilot Review Instructions

Review code only after the PR intake gate is satisfied (intake/pass or maintainer override). If intake is not satisfied, focus on the missing intent/risk signal instead of detailed code style.

Priorities, in order:

  1. Correctness and regressions.
  2. Security and trust boundaries.
  3. Maintainability and minimal scope.
  4. Minimal dependencies.

Flag risky changes in:

  • .github/workflows/** and custom GitHub Actions.
  • Dependencies, lockfiles, install scripts, Docker files, and release wiring.
  • Auth, security, crypto, subprocess/shell/eval, and file-system execution paths.
  • Public APIs, schemas, command behavior, and runtime behavior.

Do not recommend new dependencies unless the benefit is explicit and smaller stdlib/built-in options are insufficient.

Do not treat stylistic issues as blockers unless they affect correctness, security, maintainability, or contributor usability.

Keep public review comments concise, polite, and actionable. Do not publish contributor trust scores.

Repo map:

  • commands/signum.md is the canonical Signum pipeline surface.
  • commands/init.md is the canonical init/bootstrap surface.
  • agents/ contains LLM prompt surfaces.
  • lib/ contains deterministic behavior.
  • lib/schemas/ is compatibility-sensitive.
  • tests/ contains verification.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
