Repository instructions for an MCP server, a tool that lets AI assistants call the adm.tools hosting API. They document its TypeScript setup, commands, API rules, tests, and safety requirements.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when building, testing, or reviewing changes to this MCP server, especially API requests, tool annotations, tests, documentation, and environment configuration.
Why use it?
They give coding agents the project rules they need to make compatible changes and avoid live API calls, leaked credentials, and unsupported request fields.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00255 $0.00255
Opus 5.5 $0.00102 $0.00102
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00051 $0.00051
Haiku 4.5 $0.00026 $0.00026

Measured 1mo ago against content hash e258a1fec566, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

admtools-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

AGENTS.md

MCP server for the adm.tools API (ukraine.com.ua / hosting.xyz). TypeScript, Node 22+, stdio transport. Layout and design: ARCHITECTURE.md.

Commands

npm ci
npm run build       # tsc -> dist/
npm test # build + node:test suite (fake adm.tools API, no credentials needed)

Rules

  • adm.tools has no machine-readable spec and its method docs need a login. The contract is the official PHP client (github.com/ukraine-com-ua/API, HostingAPI.class.php). Any change to a request (path, field names) must match it and update the request-shape table in test/server.test.mjs.
  • mail/* endpoints are not in the official client; treat their field names as unverified.
  • Every tool needs MCP annotations; destructive and raw tools say so.
  • Never call the live API from tests or scripts.
  • Synthetic data only in tests and docs (example.com, 192.0.2.x).
  • Never commit credentials; configuration is env-only.
  • Keep the README tool tables, tool count and env table in sync with the code.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
