Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01926 | $0.01926 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00963 | $0.00963 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00385 | $0.00385 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00193 | $0.00193 |
Grade A, and why
Site-Forge-MCP CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 166 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

What this is
siteforge-mcp — a single-process MCP server that sells a single-page website
(Stripe Checkout) and publishes it to Netlify, but only after Stripe confirms
payment server-side.
Standalone by design: no shared code, imports, or infrastructure with any other project. Do not add cross-project dependencies.
Layout
The whole project is five files at the repo root. There are no packages,
no src/ directory, and no build step.
| File | Role |
|---|---|
server.py |
The entire server: config, helpers, five MCP tools, entrypoint |
test_server.py |
Full test suite (66 tests), no network or credentials |
requirements.txt |
Runtime deps: mcp, stripe, httpx, PyJWT, uvicorn |
requirements-dev.txt |
pytest only |
render.yaml |
Render web-service definition (free plan, python server.py) |
.env.example |
Every env var the server reads, with where to get it |
server.py is organized in labeled banner sections — Configuration, Shared
helpers, Tools, Entrypoint. Keep new code in the matching section rather than
appending to the end of the file.
Commands
pip install -r requirements.txt
python server.py # serves MCP on http://localhost:8000/mcp
pip install -r requirements-dev.txt
pytest -q # 66 tests, ~2s, no network or credentials
pytest -q -k publish # single area
There is no linter, formatter, or CI configured. Match the existing style:
from __future__ import annotations, PEP 604 unions (dict | None), builtin
generics, type hints on every signature.
Environment variables
All read at import time in server.py into module-level constants.
| Var | Required for |
|---|---|
STRIPE_SECRET_KEY |
checkout + every payment verification |
NETLIFY_TOKEN |
publishing and deploy status |
NETLIFY_TEAM_SLUG |
site creation under the umbrella team |
NETLIFY_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID / NETLIFY_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET |
claim links (optional; without them claim_url is null) |
CLAIM_WEBHOOK_URL |
optional POST target when a customer claims a site |
PORT |
listen port, default 8000 (Render sets it) |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
