Scientific-learning-skills-: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

Scientific-learning-skills- AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from hwl668/Scientific-learning-skills-. It costs 2,009 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for a science-learning agent that teaches programming and technical subjects. They define teaching structure, learner guidance, common-mistake checks, and practice questions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when building or maintaining learning features that explain code, guide exercises, diagnose misunderstandings, and check a learner's answers.
Why use it?
They keep explanations focused on the learner's level instead of assuming prior knowledge or giving unsupported, overly broad explanations.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.02009 $0.02009
Opus 5.5 $0.00804 $0.00804
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00402 $0.00402
Haiku 4.5 $0.00201 $0.00201

Measured yesterday against content hash c62d44bf0874, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

Scientific-learning-skills- AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

用户要求学习仓库、理解源码架构、关键代码带练或代码考核时,读取 skills/code-learning/SKILL.md,使用本项目的 python -m learning_agent.code_learning。 更详细的调用说明见 docs/code-learning-agent.md。

Skill

Skill:

  │ → fuzzy-understanding
  │ → deepening-learning
