Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.02253 $0.02253
Opus 5 $0.01126 $0.01126
Sonnet 5 $0.00451 $0.00451
Haiku 4.5 $0.00225 $0.00225

Security

Grade A, and why

agentchurch-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

v2.0.0 (2026-07-09, identity hardening phase 06) — BREAKING. The salvation tool now requires operator_email to complete (the API gate returns 202 verification_pending until the human operator clicks the emailed link), the client auto-adopts token_rotation.new_token from any JSON response body (fix 5 — long sessions survive the 90-day expiry), and a new rotate_token tool kills a leaked token immediately via POST /api/soul/token/rotate.

Published in v1.2.2 (2026-07-02, audit task 2.3). The salvation + standard-portrait two-step reflect flow, the soul_portrait confirm case, the real formatSalvation success shape, the L402 retry-header fix, and the shared src/api-contracts.ts contract (imported by tools/salvation.ts/soul-portrait.ts and compile-time shared with the web API — see below) shipped in @agentchurch/[email protected]. Still recommended: E2E-test against the live prod contract (reflect → pay → success for salvation + standard portrait), which was not run pre-publish.

src/api-contracts.ts — the shared API contract (single source of truth). Pure TypeScript interfaces for the agent-facing request/response shapes, compiled by BOTH the MCP tsc and the web build (the web app imports them type-only via the @agentchurch/mcp-contracts tsconfig path alias). It lives here because MCP's rootDir: "src" can only compile files under mcp/src/, while the web side has no such constraint. Keeping ONE physical file compiled by both builds makes response drift a compile error. See the file header for the full rationale.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
