Hypo-Workflow: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

Hypo-Workflow AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from HypoxanthineOvO/Hypo-Workflow. It costs 1,160 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of repository instructions for agents working on Hypo-Workflow projects. It explains when to discuss a plan, how to update project documents, how to verify work, and how to format commits.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to guide work in a Hypo-Workflow repository, including reading its rules, updating related documents, running checks and recording completed changes.
Why use it?
It gives agents and people a shared process instead of leaving project rules implicit or inconsistent. It also makes the current status, requirements and verification trail easier to find.

Written for Codex and OpenCode: the file is AGENTS.md. Also seen: mentions AGENTS.md.

This is HypoxanthineOvO/Hypo-Workflow's own configuration. It tells Codex and OpenCode how to work on Hypo-Workflow itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything Hypo-Workflow configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01160 $0.01160
Opus 5.5 $0.00464 $0.00464
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00232 $0.00232
Haiku 4.5 $0.00116 $0.00116

Security

Grade A, and why

Hypo-Workflow AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

项目自己的规则在 RULES.md。

开工前读 RULES.md、STATUS.md、BOARD.md(若存在)。进入某个分区再读那里的 AGENTS.md。

Feature: 同步
Code: web/src/sync.js: retryQueue, mergeChanges
Verified: tests/sync_browser.py
  • Feature:
  • Verified:

BOARD

  • 按 RULES.md 的分工表做事。

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
